Actual sale and transfer must and will only be made on signing of definitive contracts and transfer in accordance with applicable law and regulation
On seller′s receipt of all whole Unit purchase deposit funds in fill amount, remaining fractional share of ownership will be distributed equally among all purchasers at or as soon as practicable after closing of sale of all whole Units. |
